We place a very strong emphasis on sustainable building practices to uphold a responsible and eco friendly approach to design. Even after implementing all of the latest sustainability practices and minimizing our environmental impact, we still boldly exceed ASHRAE® standards on the majority of our projects.

IDS offers energy efficiency studies with comprehensive energy conservation measures (ECMs) to help our client save operating costs. These reports include full payback and life cycle cost evaluations. IDS offers complete Energy Star® benchmarking and rating application services. We’re also an Energy Star® Partner firm.
