Energy efficient envelope prevents damaging moisture migration.  The high performance weather envelope is actually beneath the skin; it’s super insulated to control moisture issues with energy efficiency.

 

Significant and expansive use of architectural concrete ultimately required 70 test panels and 24 different mixes over a three-month period.  Self-consolidating concrete was used to ensure a smooth finish.  Architectural concrete walls are a defining element in the concept and provide structural support for the building.

IDS designed a custom heat trace system located in the curtain wall mullions to prevent condensation.
